Our facilities also specialize in repair and manufacturing of Babbitt Bearings, Thrust Pads, Radial Tilt Pads, Seals, Oil Rings, and Insulated Bearings. Our abilities of repair are up to 36 inches outside diameter.

Recently we added field-machining services such as, portable machining of Motors, Generators, Pumps, Turbines and Compressor Bases to a tolerance of .001 inch per foot.

We have two machine sizes capable of milling: 48 inch to 80 inch lengths that can be completed in one set up and the width of the cut: 9 inch to a maximum of 16 inches performed in a single passing.

We are specialized in portable milling of equipment bases. We are capable of milling 80-inch lengths that can be completed in one set up and the width of the cut to a maximum of 16 inches performed in a single passing. We specialize in portable milling of motors, generators, pumps, turbines and compressor bases to a tolerance of .001 in. per 1 foot. General machining

We are fully equipped to provide manufacturing and repair of new parts for electric motors, pumps, generators, compressors, and turbines such as Bearing Housings, Seal Housings, Retainers, Spacers, Pins, Couplings, Fan Shafts, Motor Shafts, Pump Shafts and other various parts and services.

Diagnosis

We provide diagnosis to our customers such as U.T. inspection of bearing bond, analysis of failure, alignment and dimensions.
